Upper Body Circuit – Moderate

This circuit is designed to cover three moderate difficulty upper body exercises to help build a foundation from which to progress to more advanced movements.  Minimal equipment will be needed to perform these exercises.

Tricep Chair Dips, 10-15 reps.

Narrow & Wide PushUps, 10-15 reps.

Lateral Punches, 16-20 reps.
