With Group Workouts available throughout the day, you can count on Triplex Training fitting into your schedule. Utilize our state of the art facility and equipment during our wide variety of workouts to improve strength, cardio, core, balance and mobility.
You won't plateau or get bored with Triplex. We work hard to individualize our workouts to keep pushing you. We live in a three dimensional world and we work out that way, focusing on all three planes of motion to ensure you reach your personal goals.
Workouts include a dynamic warm-up, stretching, full body training and a cool down as necessary. They are completed within 60 minutes and are both efficient and challenging while accommodating all clients.
