Workouts available anywhere and anytime, you can count on Triplex Training fitting into the palm of your hand. We provide wide variety of workouts to improve strength, cardio, core, balance and mobility. These workouts include video instructions so you can use proper technique for every rep.
You won't plateau or get bored with Triplex. We work hard to vary our workouts to keep pushing you. We live in a three dimensional world and we work out that way, focusing on all three planes of motion to ensure you reach your personal goals.
Workouts include a dynamic warm-up, stretching, full body training and a cool down as necessary. They are completed within 60 minutes and are both efficient and challenging while accommodating all clients.
