20 weeks of training in the palm of your hand
The workout plan you purchase will come with a 20 week PDF outline of what workouts to complete on which days of your week/workout schedule. (*If you have purchased this plan in conjunction with your BTB coaching schedule, your coach will assign which day to do which workout). With this 20 week plan, 10 individual workouts will be attached with specific instructions and specific videos to follow for that unique workout.
Beginner plans consist of 2 workouts per week to help build strength and improve cardiovascular endurance in a way that won’t make you so sore that you cant complete the next workout.
Advanced plans consist of 3 workouts per week with the same goal as the beginner program but at a higher intensity of training and greater overall volume over the duration of the plan.
