Lunge Matrix

This is the simple workout program that Coach Kyle had presented during the presentation at Insight. Three simple moves that will work arms, legs, and core. Simple enough to do at home or on the road and can be a great compliment to your cardiovascular training/workouts.

Please start easy and progress as you feel comfortable- maybe even starting with one set of 10, but with goals of building up to 3 sets of 10-15. Weights can be added to make it more challenging or increasing the speed of the exercises.
