Triplex Endurance
At Triplex Training we believe everyone should be strong in all 3-planes, so they can Live Their Life in the 3-Dimensional World, which is why we created Triplex Endurance. All Triplex Endurance members enjoy the opportunity to get out, workout and get fit in a group environment outside the gym. Triplex Endurance offers several coached workouts each week, while also strongly encouraging members to get out and workout together outside of these times. Membership is included in all Triplex Training Membership Packages, but is also available for $25/month or $250/annually.

Swim Workouts
Swim workouts are one hour in duration and consist of warm-up, swimming drill/technique work, a main set, and cool down. Workouts vary from week-to-week and are designed to address different energy systems throughout the year. All workouts can be adjusted to meet the needs of each individual athletes’ fitness, level of skill, and training emphasis.
Run Workouts
Run workouts range in duration and consist of warm-up, running drills/technique work, a main set, and cool down. Workouts vary from week-to-week and are designed to address different energy systems throughout the year. All workouts can be adjusted to meet the needs of each individual athletes’ fitness, level of skill, and training emphasis.
Bike Workouts
Bike Workouts are one hour in duration and consist of warm-up, pedaling drills/technique work, a main set, and cool down. Workouts vary from week-to-week and are designed to address different energy systems throughout the year. All workouts can be adjusted to meet the needs of each individual.
