Hi! I’m Nicole Welling and in addition to being super excited to coach you through your next workout at Triplex, I also serve as the assistant coach for Sun Devil Triathlon, ASU’s NCAA Women’s Triathlon team! When I’m not leading workouts, I love spending time with my husband and two dogs out in the sunny Arizona weather!
