We all understand the benefits of exercise, I don’t need to lecture you on the physiology of the body and why it’s important. What I am focusing on is why you should take a leap, believe in yourself, and make a change!
Sure, you can do some workouts at home or join your nearest box gym and attempt to do it yourself, one problem- that’s hard to do and you need a ton of internal motivation. You might even think you need to “get in shape” first before you join a gym which is the craziest excuse ever. We are here to guide you, it’s our job, our profession. So no matter your current fitness level we are trained to 1) make your workout safe and 2) challenge you. There is no reason to be intimidated by the stigma of group fitness or fearing you are the most out-of-shape person. Understand you are doing this for you, not to prove anything to anyone else. With Triplex Training group workouts you will discover far more encouragement than judgement.
Danielle Poland walked into Triplex Training in August of 2017 doing exactly that- knowing she needed a change and ready to do something about it.
