We asked some of the Triplex family a little bit about their experience Training with us. Here is what Laine had to say.
What brought you to Triplex Training?
My truck. But seriously, I was looking for a better result in my exercise regimen, because I was not seeing or feeling like my workouts were getting me anywhere. I felt like I plateaued!
What was your fitness level/lifestyle before joining Triplex Training?
I went to LA Fitness several times a week for several years. I was in okay to good shape before joining Triplex.
What did you expect to get out of Triplex Training?
A better, more rounded workout.
What did you get out of Triplex Training that you didn’t expect?
For Alex and Kyle to try and kill me daily. Just kidding! I didn’t expect the personal attention they give. In small to medium and occasionally large classes, they give attention to everyone. Even making suggestions on diet, stretching, shoes, etc.
What is your fitness level/lifestyle after joining Triplex Training?
It has certainly gotten better. If I thought I was a 7 before joining, I realized I was only a 5 at best. I am probably a 6-7 now.
What should potential clients know about Triplex Training?
Run! No, I mean seriously, running is part of the warm-ups. Ha! Oh and the widow-maker? Work up to it!
The guys (Alex and Kyle) are great. From the standpoint of my health, I’m glad I did it, and you will be too!
