We asked some of the Triplex family a little bit about their experience Training with us. Here is what Tracie Rogers had to say.
What brought you to Triplex Training?
I was referred by my running coach, Susan Loken, for cross training and strength training.
What was your fitness level/lifestyle before joining Triplex Training?
I was only running (around 50 miles/week). I wasn’t doing and strength training because I hadn’t found a program to meet my needs.
What did you expect to get out of Triplex Training?
I expected a community environment that provided support and encouragement and a full body balanced training program.
What is your fitness level/lifestyle after joining Triplex Training?
I have improved my marathon time by 17 minutes and completed a full Ironman. I am strong and injury free!
What should potential clients know about Triplex Training?
It is a supportive, encouraging community that helps people of all fitness levels reach their goals.
