What brought you to Triplex Training?
I needed help to lose weight, I had lost 50 pounds from gastric surgery and plateaued.
What was your fitness level/lifestyle before joining Triplex Training?
Moderate. I worked out at LTF but wasn’t consistent with form.
What did you expect to get out of Triplex Training?
To lose weight and get stronger!
What did you get out of Triplex Training that you didn’t expect?
To find a home with friends I call family. I learned to run, gained strength, gained confidence, and became an Ironman.
What is your fitness level/lifestyle after joining Triplex Training?
Strong, confident, happy. I look forward to playing with my friends at 5 am every morning.
