We asked some of the Triplex family a little bit about their experience Training with us. Here is what Xen Brannan had to say.
What brought you to Triplex Training?
My mom found out about it from Kim when my brother Christian played soccer with her daughter. I was interested in finding a gym and decided to try it.
What was your fitness level/lifestyle before joining Triplex Training?
I was always athletic and coordinated per se, but nowhere near where I wanted to be. I was definitely carrying more pounds than I wanted.
What did you expect to get out of Triplex Training?
Honestly, I expected to get stronger as well as lose a little bit of weight.
What did you get out of Triplex Training that you didn’t expect?
I didn’t expect to lose and gain as much as I have. I lost about 13 pounds of fat, dropping my body fat percentage to 11%, and I definitely see and feel the results.
What is your fitness level/lifestyle after joining Triplex Training?
I feel fantastic and always in high energy. I have no problem with exercising and rarely feel super sore anymore.
What should potential clients know about Triplex Training?
It works and has changed my life’s direction. It is a fun atmosphere that provides daily workouts that help you lose weight and gain muscle.
