When making the decision to choose a college degree, Kyle knew he wanted to be involved in health and fitness having been a competitive athlete growing up. Having finished schooling and moving to a more suitable climate in Arizona, Kyle started his career in the physical therapy setting. After getting involved with more teams and individuals, Kyle saw the need for a fitness model that would impact as many lives as possible and founded Triplex Training LLC in 2008. With a true passion for helping people succeed, Kyle’s philosophy of functional movement has changed the method in which individuals improve their fitness and minimize their injuries.

Alex has been part of the Triplex Training team since August of 2016. Alex started his career in the fitness industry at Arizona State University where he graduated with his BS in Exercise Science in December of 2014. Shortly after graduation he went on to earn his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Since then Alex has worked with a wide variety of clients, from student athletes as young as 8 years old, post-physical therapy patients, and senior citizens. Alex has a swimming back ground as he was a swimmer for a number of years both in high school at Chandler High and as a club swimmer for Desert Thunder Aquatics Club (DTAC). Now, Alex currently coaches a masters team for Swim Devils Masters. Along with working a full schedule at Triplex Training and at the pool for his coaching, Alex is also training for triathlons full time. His 2017 season will end with 3 olympic triathlons, 3 half marathons, and his first ever half Ironman. He hopes to be able to help Triplex clients reach and exceed any and all of their personal fitness goals.

Susan Loken is a USATF, RRCA Lydiard and NPTI certified running coach based in Phoenix, AZ. Highlights of Susan's running career include 4 U.S. Masters Marathon Championships, 3 U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials qualifiers, and 3 consecutive New York City More Marathon titles. Susan's passion has since transitioned into coaching runners of all abilities achieve their goals. In the past 10 years, she has coached more than 800 runners from newbies to Olympic hopefuls and everything in between. She is the founder of BTB (Believe Train Become) coaching - a business dedicated to helping runners achieve their potential. BTB is proud to partner with certified athletic trainer Kyle Herrig (ATC, CSCS, and CAFS) of Triplex Training Systems. BTB and Triplex work together to train healthy, balanced runners, emphasizing injury prevention and a welcoming, encouraging, all-inclusive atmosphere.

Caleb completed his first triathlon during the summer of 2002. He became interested in the sport after purchasing his first road bike, which was primarily to be used for transportation during the summer and upcoming school year. Having spent his high school years swimming and running, triathlons seemed like the logical next step.
Caleb graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2006 with a BS in Kinesiology and a minor in Sports Nutrition. Shortly after graduating he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Caleb also spent 2007-2010 as the head swim coach for the Corona del Sol Aztecs.
Since crossing the finish line of his first triathlon back in 2002 Caleb has completed in over 50 triathlons ranging in distance from Super Sprint to Ironman. His racing accolades include dozens of age group podium finishes as well as three trips to the XTERRA World Championships in Maui, Hawaii.
